The Bluebird babies made it to day 3 ... yahoo! I peeked in on them briefly today, just to make sure they were still ok and snapped this photo. I guess the one on the left thought that if I was going to wake them up, I should be feeding them too. I'm sure he was very disappointed... I had no worms to share.
Eastern Bluebird babies grow quickly and will leave the nest in only 2 or 3 weeks. So, since their time in the nest will be short, I'm going to try and take a photo of them each day if I can so that we can all watch them grow together. Sound good?
Is it just me, or are they starting to look a bit blue already? :-)
